After the FREE consultation  first payment will be due. 

You are now a member of Sum Running and coaching will begin.

Our Mission

Sum Running was founded with a mission to better all individuals. Consistent and sustainable training is at the heart of our coaching. Our mission is to shape runners who not only succeed athletically, but also welcome running as a part of their life. We believe everyone is the SUM of what they do day in day out. Through our coaching we hope we can make running a daily ritual for all and runners can experience the many benefits that come with it. No matter your lifestyle you can always make time for a run, and with support in programming and coaching we can develop a schedule to suit you, reduce injury and accelerate your progress. We also recognise that improvements don't always come in the form of Personal Bests. Improvements in mental health, lifestyle and energy levels can all increase through running. 

We want athletes to become a part of a community and enjoy the process of training whilst learning training principles. Finally, we know that the most important part of training is having a valuable coach, someone you can talk to and seek professional advice regarding your training. Stop guessing what to do and have confidence in your training, reduce injury rate and improve faster. 

We simply hope to echo the underlying message of running.
