  3. You won't just be limited to run sessions but also strength and conditioning support, plyometric training and stretching guidance. 

  4. Race planning combined with a long term training approach.  

  5. Training is scheduled on a 14 day basis to optimise progression and customisation to your lifestyle. 

  6. Payment on a monthly basis and cancel anytime.
